Last month, my family spent a week in a resort with no digital devices at all. These are messages I left on my SNS after I returned to my digital life.↵

Oct. 9th.↵
Here we are. There are no TVs, no computers, no cellphones and worst of all no refrigerators! I realized that I cannot eat ice cream this week! Last week, my mom shouted, " I want to reset my life!" That's why we are here, in the digital detox comp. I miss my smartphone so much.↵

Oct. 10th↵
We went hiking early in the morning. My father took pictures of me and my younger sister. I wanted to send pictures to my friends and show off what I was doing here. But the film is still inside the camera. At night, we went stargazing. We were lucky since we saw the Milky Way in the sky. I really wished I could take a picture of it.↵
Oct. 11th↵
We went to a nearby farm and picked lettuce and tomatoes. My father cooked dishes with the vegetables. My mom said, "Everything is so fresh." She looked happier than ever. After lunch, I was just lying down with my sister on the grass. She talked about her best friend whom she met at the animal shelter. I didn't know that my sister is such an animal lover.↵

I don't know how I spent a week here. A week has already gone by. I feel closer to my family.
